CLASS “A” AVAILABILITY REQUIREMENT –

SECTION 8.34 OF THE PCLCD

 

The Joint Port Labor Relations Committee has found that you have not submitted any documentation to them, verifying your reason for not working in the industry at the present time and there is no documentation on file with Local 13 or PMA to excuse your for those months.  If you failed to work due to illness or injury, please submit any medical or disability documents verifying the period of your disability and if applicable, copies of State Disability Claim form, no later than Wednesday, October 23, 2013 to LRC Secretary Renee Olloque at 630 S. Centre Street, San Pedro, CA 90731.  You may fax the note to (310) 830-3489 Attn:  Renee.  Failure to provide any documentation may result in your de-registration as a Class “A” Longshore worker.  PLEASE UPDATE YOUR ADDRESS WITH THE DUES OFFICE!!
